"Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first."

"Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures posted online appear to be from years ago when the hotel first opened and do not accurately reflect its current condition. All of the furniture is outdated, and although the beds were made, the covers and pillows were dirty and unsanitary. The overall condition of the property felt poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."

"Beat up Hotel"

"The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day."

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"

"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

"My stay was great, room, the whole place was clean well kept, when I had questions they were answered the staff was helpful and polite. It helped make my stay wonderful and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my time while I was there."

"Love the Location; easy walk to my event. Beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly enough. Cons: TV stations were not working, but received a nice food voucher as a comp. The shower drain backed up regularly and sink gurgled as water slowly drained. Most likely will stay again next year for event."

"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."
