"Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off."

"A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

"Room was well maintained, staff was professional and helfpful with direct questions however, when we checked in (after midnight) the person had dozed off. They informed of us of the parking fee however, did not tell us about the additional parking if the (small lot) was full. We spent 30 minutes one evening driving around the block trying to find parking. When we asked at the front desk later about additional parking we were informed of the parking garage and back parking that we had no clue...

"The staff couldn’t have been more professional and welcoming. The room was very clean. Noise in halls was fairly low, didn’t wake us. However the toilets/plumbing from above us did make a loud noise in our room. They have fluffy and flatter pillows so you can pick your poison. "

"Good location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Check in was very poor, as I never got the emailed code to obtain the key. Also, the room was very cold and thermostat did not work. "

"I liked the apartment style unit. The two bedroom & two full bath configuration was great. There was also a full kitchen with enough equipment to cook a meal. Shops were literally just a few doors down the street with all necessities. I would look for this arrangement next time I travel."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, which was great because I was so confused about parking and bags and such. The parking is the only not-5- star aspect. I got there somewhat late (8pm) and the only parking was in an over flow garage around the corner and down the street. The next morning, however, an onsite spot became available, and the onsite parking was super easy. Parking was a bit pricey, at $50 per night. The room was super clean, the bathroom spotless, with a room outside the bath area...

"There is "no" ac .. I think they won't allow guests to use it until after April 1st It was 97 degrees, this is just not acceptable .. DC is known to be hot and humid. AC is a non negotiable for most people"
