This hotel is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL! They canceled my booking for March 9th that I booked on JANUARY 8TH the day that I was scheduled to arrive claiming that all of the rooms had been sold out so they had to move me to their sister hotel the Holiday Inn! My question to them was how in the WORLD did you allow that to happen when I PAID FOR MY ROOM IN FULL ON JANUARY 8th!!!! If I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn that’s where I would have made my reservation! And to top it all off I haven’t received any money back for being rebooked at a lower rated hotel!! Expedia, if this is how the Crown Plaza is treating your customers, then you really need to reevaluate your relationship with them because they are making you look bad! I want a refund!
