Oceanfront corner condo with cohesive design

Napili Puamala 128 is a remodeled Studio condo which features amenities such as an open-concept layout and a ground-floor lanai. This condo does not have A/C. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate 4 guests with a Queen size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper. You will be greeted with modern furniture, Hawaiian inspired decorations, and a large flatscreen Smart TV. Ceiling fans are equipped in the unit to help stay cool. The bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with modern finishes. Dine al fresco or unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 4 and lounge chairs amidst the tropical garden. You may also dine in with a dining table for 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances. Ample counter space accommodates a coffee station and meal prepping space.

Puamala is a quiet low rise building with its own private pool, barbecues and meditation gardens. There are no resort fees or parking fees for this property. From your condo at Napili Puamala, you can easily access Napili Bay through the public beach access path between Napili Surf and Napili Point, where you can explore the tide pools, enjoy a snorkel or just kick back and enjoy the beach. The pool available for use is the Napili Puamala pool right next to the building. The famous "Gazebo Restaurant" is a two-minute walk and "The Seahouse Restaurant" is located at the north end of Napili Bay offering ocean-front breakfast, lunch and dinner along with West Maui's favorite and most scenic Happy Hour!

Please note, this condo is a part of a unique association and amenities in the neighboring resort are NOT available. Access to the neighboring Napili Surf property and it's amenities are not included for this Napili Puamala unit. This particular unit does NOT have access to Napili Surf's ocean front pool, laundry facilities, or the beach access through Napili Surf. The beach access for this condo is the public beach access between Napili Surf and Napili Shores, located on the left side of the property, when you are facing the ocean.

Small but nice

The location was excellent and the beach was awesome. The unit was smaller than I expected and the air conditioner was loud and needed repair - but was taken care of quickly once I reached out with the need for the repair.

Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo. There was a small issue that was dealt with right away. This is not oceanfront as stated in the title however it is an easy walk to the great Napili beach. The area outside the sliding door is very pretty and has sweet birds on the lawn... nice to wake up to their sounds! There is enough room for a king size bed, so I recommended that they put that in instead of the queen that is there. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser needed a new filter so hopefully they replace that when we left... we didn't tell them, or they probably would have replaced it while we were there as they were in great communication with us. A BIG plus is they have a portable air conditioner which we needed even tho we were there in December so I'm sure in the warmer summer months that would be for sure necessary. They knew what time we were to arrive and had it on for us which was very nice! The office is in the complex next to this one but was easy to find and had a friendly staff to get the parking permit. Also, our California church has a campus over there and was only about a 5-10-minute drive to get there. Check it out when you're there! Harvest Kumulani

Cockroach not clean

We had cockroaches when we got into the unit they are common in Hawaii but not as much as we where seeing them this unit needed to sign up for a quarterly spray. Come to find out most places around the area do not have this problem. I really felt like we couldn’t even use the kitchen without getting an infestation. Very disappointed wish I just would just went to hotel

Great location, clean, mostly quiet.

We stayed here for a week and it was great! Managed by MyPerfect Stays. check in was easy. They send you info to your email address about 2 weeks before including the key code for the unit. So keep an eye out for that. Key code will only work at 4pm day or check in. They will text you to check in with you. We were welcomed with a goodie bag of small snacks (granola bar, gummies, etc) which was really sweet. The location is amazing. It isn’t beach front but it’s like a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of the best beaches on the west side. Parking was plentiful. The unit has a cooler bag to use as well as 2 beach chairs. Wish there was a beach umbrella. That would’ve been perfect. (We ended up renting one.Can walk to rentals for gear) Also provided some great beach towels. The pool looked clean but never used it; opting for the beach instead. But we used the outdoor shower to rinse off. The unit itself was clean. And a great size for our family of 4. Two adults, one 13 year old and one 9 year old. The kiddos slept on the pull out couch. The beds & linens were clean and had plenty of pillows! Kitchen clean. My only complaint was that the cutlery needs replacing. Knives were not sharp and a little rusty at the handles. AC was a +, ceiling fans however would only stay full blast. But windows/trade winds were fine most days. Lanai dining/grill was great! (Oh! Vacuum didn’t work well. So we swept). Would totally stay here again!

Great stay in a perfect place

Our stay was incredible, with beach access so close and a quiet neighborhood it was hard to believe. Napili is a great all-around beach for many water activities. The room was quiet with an air conditioner and small lanai to sit out and have breakfast. We will put this on the top of our list when we come back to Maui in the future!

Started out fine. The location is great, nice pool very quiet. Unfortunately we found the slider to our patio would not lock, made us feel unsafe. Then maintenance staff entered our unit without notice and finally we were forced to move to another unit due to a water leak over the shower. Not the perfect stay.

Best location on Maui, condo very clean.

Best value on Maui! This property was perfect for our family of 4. VERY clean, new appliances, everything you need to cook a standard meal. The parking lots for the local beaches were full by 9AM every day but we had the luxury of walking a short distance to Napili Bay. Kapalua Bay (to the north) and Honokeana Bay (to the south) are about a 10 minute walk away. We ate several meals at Kitchen 5315 (good food). Leave your fins and rent them from the surf shop right next to Kitchen 5315 (they also rent masks, snorkels, body boards and surf boards). We enjoyed opening the back door and the windows and letting the breeze come through. Back patio is great for meals or lounging. Grills are well-maintained and the management keeps clean grilling tools in a box by the grill- you just leave your dirty spatula and tongues in the "dirty" box. Pool is warm and refreshing at the end of the day. Can't wait to get back here!!!!

Location, location, location

Quaint and cozy condo with prime location at south end of Napili Bay. This put us within walking distance of Honokeanu Cove for morning snorkelling sessions, then hit Napili or Kapalua for the rest of the day. Parking was always available in the lot right in front of our unit and the small condo complex was VERY QUIET. Awesome home base to explore the NW part of Maui as you can be out on the highway quickly but far from the noise of traffic. Whole family loved it.

Napili Puamala #128

Maui was absolutely beautiful! The condo we stayed at at the Napili Beach Resort even though it was in the resort complex we were not allowed to get the gate code to enter the garden area to reach the beach and we had no access to the laundry facilities. Our unit was very clean and beautiful the grounds were so tropical with beautiful plants and flowers. Unfortunately we would not plan to go back to that unit because of the lack of the access to the beach. That policy is something that is between my perfect stay and the Napili beach resort. Great place!

The location was great, just steps away from the beach. It was a tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed and sofa sleeper were both comfortable. They even provided beach chairs, towels, and body boards.
