"雨でしたが、札幌駅から地下を歩いてホテルまで行けました。これなら、乗り物を降りて から傘の心配や足元が濡れて、足が冷たくなる事もないので最高です。予定の時間より早く着きました、ロビーで待つつもりでしたが部屋に案内してくれました。お部屋はとても過ごしやすく、冷蔵庫の横にミニテーブルがありドリップコーヒーも美味しくいただきました。またベッドの奥にもデスクがあり、仕事に集中できました。朝食は大変美味しく、特にスープカレーがパンにもご飯にも合って良かったです。カツゲンや地元のトマトジュース、ヨーグルトにグラノーラ、塩パンもバターが染みておかわりしました。トースターがアラジンで、パンが香ばしく焼けました。サラダのお野菜が豊富で彩りも良く、ドレッシングのバリエーションが幾つもあり迷うのも楽しかったです。紅茶の所にアールグレイやハーブティーなど、ジャンルが沢山あり朝から健康を考えながら選択できました。大浴場は25時まで入れたので、多少ホテルに帰ってくるのが遅くてもゆっくり入る事ができました。北口の創成川沿いに面していて、騒がしい飲食店も少なく静かに過ごす事ができました。また、宿泊したいです。今回は自分のご褒美旅行のつもりで、こちらのホテルにお世話になりましたが、本当にご褒美になりました。"

"The room was clean, but extremely small. I should have got the bigger room breakfast was good, but more day to day variety Staff was very helpful and professional Location was excellent The one big negative was the bathroom. The floor was so awkward and the toilet was too small"

"Property was great ..... spacious rooms with a mini kitchenette only downside to it is that no housekeeping for the 4 days we stayed. Amenities were readily available at the front desk but I would still prefer a room cleaning atleast once in my 4 day stay. A fresh linen makes a great difference. ..."

"Room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. Despite check-in being virtual, communication with staff was straightforward prior and during the stay. It was nice having a convenience store right out front."
