"The location was perfect within easy walking distance to train station and restaurants. When we arrived we asked to change our room as it was tiny. We were told in order to change it would cost up almost twice as much as the original booking. The staff were rigid in their response. As we were there for 8 nights and only room for one chair it was very disappointing."
