** HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO NOTE **

- No parties or events allowed.

- No smoking.

- Check-in is 4:00 pm ET, Check-out is 11:00 am ET

- Pets are not allowed (we welcome registered service animals).

- Maximum occupancy is 10, not including infants 0 – 2 yrs. old.

- Minimum age to rent is 25.

- Excessive noise between 11 pm and 7 am is a violation of the local noise ordinance. Please be considerate!

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the resort, including in the condo and on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available on the south end of the building. Fines will be imposed by the resort for violators.
