"Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Unique hotel with very cool antique furniture, which was a nice touch. Very interesting decor and lots of attention to detail as well. Our stay felt like being transported back in time! Dinner here was a culinary experience. The chef and staff were excellent and the meal was superb. And breakfast was awesome! It’s important to note that the food is also locally sourced and homemade, and delicious too! Only drawback was that the beds and pillows...

"This is a very quaint hotel, only negatives not enough power in the room and could not find any English language channels on tv. The staff was so helpful the owner went out of her way to help locate a rental car for us. One last issue there was no safe or refrigerator in the room this was a minor issue we delt with."

"Hotel is nice and in comparison to prices in Lucerne is a deal. That being said, the pillows needed to be changed years ago. One of mine was basically in 2 pieces and was only useable folded in half. Trash was still in the trash can from the prior guest and I could tell that was a female based on some Bathroom floor hair. Breakfast was great, staff was great and I’d probably still stay here again. "
