"The room is pretty great! But we were told we were gonna be sent the information for check in before check in so we went out waiting and by 4:30 heard nothing. I’ve called several times and it kept telling me to leave a voicemail, I even texted and emailed too trying to figure out anything I could. Finally they answered my call and said we would get check in information when we got there instead. "

"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"Our cabin getaway was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, organized, and thoughtfully set up with guests in mind. The space was the perfect size—cozy but not cramped—and both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces made it so relaxing. The hot tub was amazing.
