"We were looking for a getaway from big city life while supporting our kids at College Station for the TABC event. And we got just that. This little cottage is perfect in every way. Well appointed. Quick support. And such a beautiful area. We loved the fresh eggs and also feeding the pony apples!! "

"We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. "

"This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again. "

"We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!"

"We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely. "

"The written description is accurate, however the picture painted loses some luster in reality. It is an older neighborhood with a wide range of care given to surrounding houses. While the house does sleep 12, that is utilizing every couch and futon and rollaway bed. The bathrooms have the necessary pieces, but are very small. "

"This property was great for what we needed (it is very cute) but there were a couple things that we think could be better. Response rate was kinda slow, directions were a little confusing for parking, and unfortunately there were bugs in the bathroom. "

"The apartment itself was clean and furnished well. We were not a fan of location/surroundings, very run down and trashy. It was not as close to campus as we thought, specially if you are going to things on the other side of campus. "

"Kathy was such a pleasure to work with from the booking process all the way through our stay. Our every need was accommodated. The the property was everything we needed and a perfect stay with our weens, they loved the doggy door and long walks at the wild pen creek trail. The property was a perfect location for all our needs with our oldest being just down the road at camp on campus. We will definitely book again in the future and highly recommend. "
