"The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys! "The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. "The room was clean, but the bath tub needs update as there were old stains. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Cleaning staff made sure to keep room stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was great. It was a hot breakfast with waffles,eggs,bacon, sausage , potato’s and juice. Area seemed safe and parking lot was well lit."

"Shower bearly worked, tv had discoloration, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, shower rod was broke and upside down, ac bearly blew."

"I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."

"Very clean place with character. Lots of games/activities. A practical downside -- the rooms have no closets. No room safe, if that's important to you. No irons. We were in town for a wedding, so it was a little inconvenient not to have a closet. There were pegs on the wall where you could hang a few items (no hangers though). Also, during our stay, there was no running water for several hours due to a plumbing issue. I had to go to the lobby (the only working bathroom on the premises) to finish...
