"Beautiful lakehouse! Our stay was wonderful. Everything was very clean, comfortable and felt at home. The deck was so nice, grill was great and outdoor furniture was comfy! Hosts were excellent with communication and accomadating. Would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation! "

"We very much enjoyed your well appointed property in Lansing. We used the kitchen to prep both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for our elderly parents to enjoy at their condo. Will definitely keep this on the list for our next trip to visit family!"

"The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend to all. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderfully seamless experience, Eric & Jen! "

"We needed a centralized location for day trips tasting the local craft breweries. This was a great midway point and as described. Hosts were super attentive and responsive. This is in a very rural space, but we got there at night with google maps and no issues. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit, but the set up looked great and lots of campfire cooking tools at your disposal. You are on the bottom of a residence so if the sound of footfalls above you would wake you up have ear...

"I was in town for a baseball tournament for my son. We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was convenient to The Beal House. The house was very clean and comfortable.
