"Fabulous Stay. Brand new hotel, gorgeous rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Grill Resturant downstairs was outstanding for a dinner in house. The only thing I would ask for was more items on the room service menu."

"Unfortunately our stay was not great. I chose this hotel as it stated it had charging stations for electric vehicles. When we asked at reception where they were and how to use them the male staff member was less than helpful by simply saying it was in use. He didn’t elaborate on when it might become ..."

"The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that). "Great location with overnight parking nearby. Our 2bdrm unit was spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to locate a special item I had inadvertently left behind. Recommend"

Auckland Harbour Suites
"Not bad but quite dated. The door was hard to close properly. Very central location & seemed quite clean. Nice having 2 separate bedrooms. You HAVE to book parking in advance if you have a car"
