"Le personnel est aux petits soins, très accueillant, le service de navette transfert au top ! Les bagages déjà dans notre chambre à notre arrivée et le système de clé très astucieux ! "Resort was enjoyable. Staffs were very friendly but seemed busy all the time. When we strike a good conversation with the staffs, they seemed distracted always keeping an eye out for a supervisor. It would have been nice to have chatted with some and get to know the locals. Communication regarding ferry to and from resort was conflicting. One staff said the ferry to the resort was free and we were responsible for the ferry back. Another said ferry was on our own. We ended up paying for both...

"They celebrated my birthday! I loved that part. Misinformation on transfer from the airport.. chances are you will land in Bora Bora via Tahiti airlines. Take the ferry to mainland and use the hotels transfer services. The price is half price from the mainland as compared from full price from the airport."
