"Rooms are very clean and my 2 daughter are satisfied with the rooms and bath conditions. "

"Check in was good no problem at all. After checking in we decide to grab a coffee. When we got the coffee the cups did not seem very strong. When we were going back to the room my daughters cup started bending and making the hot coffee fall on her hand. I asked for a clean up and some ointment for the burn. Never did staff do anything to help us in that area. Then the sofa bed did not have clean sheets. I asked for them and it took them over 2 hours to get them to us until I let them know it was...

"Unique stay in walkable part of San Diego. Very refreshing change from the typical box of a room offered by chains. Excellent, personal check-in experience. Clean, spacious room with expected amenities. Simple check-out process. Tasty scones for breakfast."

"Personal am Telefon unfreundlich. Bei der Bestellung des Flughafentransfers >15min in der Warteschleife. Dann Auskunft, Shuttle kommt in 30min. Nach 1h Wartezeit erneuter Anruf mit Warteschleife. Shuttle kam dann nach 1:15h. Transfer für den kommenden Morgen nicht möglich. Zu 6:00 morgens am Airport gibt es noch keinen Shuttleservice."

The breakfast buffet has plenty to offer and to our surprise, the hotel offered a complimentary dinner buffet Tuesday and Wednesday (week of Mar 28 - Apr 3, 2026). This was our second enjoyable stay with Homewood Suites by Hilton, the first being in Mt. Pleasant, SC. "
