"There were some hiccups with the check in process but resolved easily by the management team. House was beautiful. Well thought out open design with all amenities needed for a big group, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked like 'being at home', and all of the beds were comfortable. Every item we looked for was in available and in place. The kids loved the games in the basement, as well as the adults..and the hidden...

"Great property "

"We had the very cute cabin 4. Perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the Comfy bed. The cabin was minimal but everything you need. The property is beautiful and has lovely seating areas to relax. It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. "

"We celebrated our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. It was the most amazing place and perfect location. 20 of us on one house and never felt like we were on top of each other. All we can talk about how wonderful of a place we stayed at. Plenty of space, things to do for each age group, could sleep even when kids yellinh, laughing, and having fun. Easy access to all the wonderful places and activities CO has to offer and see. We all gave it a top 10 place."

"Wonderful stay with beautiful views. The sound of the creek was instantly relaxing. Great location near plenty of restaurants, hikes & attractions. Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience!"

"We had the best time! It was truly a great place to stay, it was in the mountains and the river was running close by. We went fishing and hi king, roasted marshmallows! It was absolutely amazing, we did not want to leave! "
