This spacious Colorado log home is designed for memorable gatherings and sleeps up to 14 guests. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, arcade, and shuffleboard, plus a massage chair and a private gym with an infrared light therapy bed. Outside, cook in the outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and flat top, and gather around the gas fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked. Under two hours from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Vail, and 15 minutes from the Ford Amphitheater. Dog friendly. Within 15 minutes of the Air Force Academy and Spruce Mountain Ranch.

Massage chair for muscle tension, a hot tub for post-adventure soaking, and an infrared light therapy bed to support pain reduction, circulation, and faster recovery. The gym includes a treadmill, stationary bike, rower, and free weights. Ideal for ski weekends, race training, team travel, and group wellness retreats.

Guest Access:
You will have use of the entire house and front and back yards. Please respect our neighbors' private property signs and stay within our yard and driveway. Your door code will be sent before check-in.

Dogs:
Up to 2 dogs welcome (pet fee applies). Sorry, no cats.

Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors:
This is not a party property. To keep great relationships with our neighbors, please follow quiet hours:
Friday-Saturday: 10:00 PM
Sunday-Thursday: 8:30 PM
If you are outdoors or in the hot tub after quiet hours, please use quiet voices.

Fire Safety:
We are surrounded by beautiful trees in a high fire-risk area. No open wood fires anywhere on the property. A gas fire pit is provided on the back patio for your enjoyment. Stage 1 fire restrictions are currently in effect: open fires, campfires, charcoal grills, pellet stoves, chimineas, and wood-burning outdoor fireplaces are prohibited. Fireworks are prohibited at all times.

Smoking & Substances:
No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking outside is OK. Due to fire restrictions, please smoke only in an area with 5 feet of clearance from anything combustible, and dispose of butts in the receptacles on the front and back porches. No drugs or controlled substances (including marijuana/THC) are permitted on the property.
