"Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will...

"Perfect home. Would rent this house again."

"We liked the “no shoes” policy, and the ease of complying (slip-ons in the entry). The view was great, as was the availability of sitting outdoors to enjoy it. The bathtub was a big hit! Very nice property!"

"Lovely property. Very central to be able to get to local attractions. Only disappointment was advise that it is the visitors responsibility to provide their own gas for outside dining, which we didn’t feel we should have to do and the inconvenience of going to the garage to exchange gas bottles. There was only enough gas for one BBQ and unable to use the outside gas heater provided which would have been nice. Everything else was excellent. "

"We were here with family for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun with the mini golf. Appliances were great, everything is recently upgraded, beds were comfortable. It was the perfect place! "

"My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. "We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!"
