"We felt so at home in this historical cottage. The house was so inviting with all the charming details that are one of a kind. We loved sitting by the fireplace and reading our books. It is centrally located and easy walking distance to shopping, downtown, and the ocean. It is also very easy to access the main highway if you need to go to another area. "Wonderful house. A few things could use upgrades kitchen sink for example, but the house came well stocked with all the essentials to make a proper dinner. Huge back yard. They allowed me to bring my dogs and driving a Tesla, access to charge my car was well worth it. Wonderful experience. "

"We had a great time in Monterey. The house is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Easy to connect with property owners; great communication. The house is near stores and about 15 minutes to the Aquarium. We brought the family and the house had plenty of space for all of us. If you are looking for a quiet comfortable stay this is the place. "

"We stayed here for a long weekend with my family and two kids. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed! The location is right by the airport but is not loud at the house at all. About 15-20 minutes from Carmel, Pebble Beach, and downtown Monterey which was perfect. Everything felt close and not too far away. The backyard was perfect for my two kids to play and had a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!"

"When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge.
