"Good stay"

"Black spider in my bed. Switched to another room. Glob of hair in the shower drain and shower threshold. I was told the manager would give me a call after I checked out..... never happened. Wouldn't recommend. Newer property, expected more."

"One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Rooms smelled dirty everything was old and damaged . Very shady people around I did not feel safe at all. The morning buffet was not a buffet at all - they served you the hot food like eggs and bacon then you were allowed to get your own toast and fruit. Very low quality rooms need major upgrade and even the stirs going up were is disrepair. The staff was not pleasant barely even looked at me when we checked in."

The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc). "Stepping from the exterior of this roadside strip motel is like stepping into a modern, attractive room at a bigger name hotel for an amazing price. My only complaint is that (all kinds of) noise travels between rooms, but the trade off was being able to come down from New England for a day of adventure in NYC and have a good rest before driving home. Actually, we discovered the Westchester County area has a lot to offer in its own right and explored before our return drive. We slept through...
