New mngr was terrible young and very inexperienced wouldn’t accommodate to help get me close to elevators and constantly lied about rooms available.I was offered a free upgrade 2 weeks prior when arriving the notes had disappeared? The sup Zendora wanted to charge 20$? I asked for manager Yaya who said ppl call her that but name is yaisis or something like that offered room in first floor but send me to fifth floor all way in back. It was far and difficult to move so much due to Im injured and have mobility issues. Manager was adamant there be no room change but I know ppl leave every morning. Still next day I was told by front desk there was no rooms but there was plenty being cleaned up closer to elevators. When talking to a cleaning lady here comes yaya charging at me looking upset very condescending said can we speak on the side? I said yes she start saying you guys are pushing and holding my staff? I said Im not you guys is Luz . She said it again I said don’t appreciate you saying you guys are pushing she said you are.I been respectful only asked if available and theres closer rooms.yaya was rude and dry said if we can put you close they knock on door have a good one and walked away.Previous day in a lobby full of people she told me loudly only if available i get late check out. So Im tired no sleep for loud noises and waited 2 hours to be told no room change.I checked my self out and will never returned it was awful. I want my money back for this booking.Very poor serv
