"We had two adults, two teens and one very active dog. Guess who was NOT thrilled with the no-plumbing no-electricity situation?!? But that’s the point- reconnect with nature and slow down. "My wife and I spent some time here during our honeymoon and it surely made it a trip to remember. Everything about this experience was unique in its own regard and we left with plenty of awesome stories to tell. "This cabin is amazing. Right on the water, has everything you need in the kitchen, and is perfect for a large family getaway or a trip with two, or even three families if you rent the optional bunk house as well. We had a group of 4 guys for a golf trip. We got rained out and couldn't play, so we just stayed at the cabin and had a great time telling stories and enjoying the view. Highly recommend and I would def rent again. Beautiful setting!"

Had fun feeding the local crows (sorry if they haunt the house now waiting for donut holes) Had absolutely no problems at all. Communication was stellar. Only thing that could have been considered a problem that really wasn’t I already addressed with the manager. Just had to do with handicap accessibility. "The accommodations at Twin Ponds were great. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time, so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful grounds.
