  • Located on our farm, we have a very old untouched private forest! Most of these trees are over 100 years old! The canvas tent has a Nectar queen size bed (very comfortable), wood stove, refrigerator, Kreurig, and a solar generator to power all your essentials. This is the perfect place to get back in touch with nature. Lots of outside amenities and complete privacy! Some amenities include dishes, silverware, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dart board, cornhole boards, Yahtzee, Uno, cribbage, outdoor sinks, propane on demand shower, charcoal grill, Blackstone, outdoor fire pit, and hammock.

It’s a perfect romantic get away for two people who enjoy the outdoors. The site is clean well thought out and has clean amenities. Host is very friendly and helpful.

All around excellent stay. Owners put so much thought into the property. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay is included and being able to include my dog was amazing. We will return..thank you Aaron & Colleen.

My dog Hank and I had a wonderful rustic adventure. The mosquitos tried to get me but I was ready for them. The outdoor shower was comfortably hot and refreshing. Loved the woodstove and the bed was very comfortable. A wonderful and unique experience!

5-Star Review for AaronAaron was a great host with clear and timely communication throughout our stay. The property was beautifully put together, clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the most memorable parts of the experience was showering in the woods and living off solar power for a few days—it felt like the perfect blend of adventure and comfort and was absolutely epic.Everything was exactly as described, and the setting made it easy to relax and unplug. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique getaway, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back myself. Thanks again, Aaron!

Just as pretty as described! It was around sunset when we got there and the host helped us find the mown path to drive down to the site. The videos he sent on how to work the shower and stuff helped a lot! Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy the site more since we just stayed one night. It was unusually hot for Maine but the little fan helped a lot and it cooled off nicely with the screens tent flaps. The sunrise was in the field across from the site!

The cookware mentioned in the description consisted of one tiny pot with no lid and one frying pan. The "stovetop" was a Coleman gas stove. The refrigerator drained the battery for the generator, so we couldn't use it reliably. We are experienced backwoods campers, so if we had known all of this, we would have brought our own cookset, and food that did not require refrigeration. Otherwise, it was fun for us to experience "glamping." Aaron was very responsive to messages and eager to help with everything, including videos of how to use the shower and get the generator going again.

Quiet woodland respite

I stayed 2 nights at this rustic property and it was wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. Great layout, main tent was the hotel room alternative I was hoping for, clever shower set up, and great composting toilet design. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect setup! Great for a getaway. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. It was private, quiet and gorgeous. Will definitely be going back!

Perfect glamping trip

Beautiful little clearing in the woods to feel like you're away from people but not totally isolated. Hosts were very accessible and clear with how to use the amenities of the campsite.

Complete perfection

Aaron and Colleen have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need to make this camp getaway the perfect experience. We so appreciated the privacy and quiet of the woods and just relaxed in the comfort they’ve created. We cannot recommend this say enough, they were very responsive when we had questions and we will absolutely be coming back!

Perfect getaway for an unplugged weekend

Absolutely picturesque and secluded location, perfect for a weekend to reset. Hosts did a wonderful job communicating, they have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into their property which is evident in the details - they have thought of all the things their guests may need!
