"Staff were nice, room was ok, mattress was somewhat soft. Bathroom ok, quite large but walk in shower a bit small, with rubber seal starting to detach itself. Sink was a little small, and the bathroon window had some mould. Location is very good, a short walk to the town centre and sea front, but parking a bit of a pain, not a lot available"

"Property is in a good location but affected by a derelict building site on the drive way and lots of road noise even at 2am in the morning as situated on the main Plymouth road, lots of late night HGV noise. Whist very tidy inside the external doors etc are in poor repair food choices' were limited, I needed a spoon to eat a very water based curry that was more like soup than curry."

"Lovely location with available parking outside the property or on the roadside. Beautiful views of the beach out of our bedroom window. Room was clean and comfortable with the expected basics provided. Staff were helpful and informative and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a served full English which can be adapted to suit individual needs. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again."

"I booked the hotel as it says that it had air conditioning. It doesn’t when i asked the staff they were rude and unhelpful. This is a rundown overpriced relic of a hotel. The gentleman on reception was the rudest person i have ever encountered. Avoid"

"Great location with the added bonus of parking available. My experience, unfortunately, stopped there as I did not stay the night. I was travelling with a dog and the very hot temperature in the room would have put her at risk. The provided fan and another cooling contraption were not even making a dent , I booked somewhere else and at midnight got in the car and left for an air conditioned room in a hotel a few minutes away. During the heatwaves that room should not be sold unless adequate ac...
