"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it...

"Very nice place, backing onto the mountain and quiet. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience. Otherwise good place in a good location."

"Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre active sur florence et le coucher de soleil était incroyable. Mais attention, les murs sont vraiment fins et l'insonorisation mériterait vraiment d'être améliorée et il faut savoir que le parking est petit et ne peut pas contenir toutes les voitures... Gare aux couche-tard, la voiture restera dehors ! Le petit déj est simple mais généreux et sympathique. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas profiter du jardin, ni pour lire, ni pour le déjeuner !"
