"The hotel room for us was more dormitory style. 3 beds but space was very small. It was crowded to even open a suitcase so much that I couldn't keep the suitcase open in a corner. Would need to close my suitcase after taking out clothes just to have a decent walk space. Also didn't have the full wetroom that I came to appreciate in Japan. Location is very nice for a walk to Tokyo Tower and close enough to the Asakusa line and Mita Line."

"The garden in the back was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. Great location to Shinagawa Train Station. They even had a 7 Eleven in the lobby area which was great. Tip - if you book the Grand Prince or Grand Prince Shin Takanawa, you can walk to Grand Prince Shinagawa and take the shuttle instead of lugging or taxing from Shinagawa train station."

"Great location, just one quick subway stop from Roppongi and 5 stops from Shinkuku. If you want department stores and other tourist-oriented venues, they're not right at your doorsteps here. It's just a few minutes walk to the Azabu Juban Station. From there, Tokyo is your oyster."

"The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. They greeted me each and every time I walked through the door or leaving to go outside. That’s amazing ! The house keeping did amazing with the cleaning of my room. I can’t say enough about this hotel because it’s perfect. I felt welcomed here 100%. Very accessible to a bevy of different train stations as well. You can get to places like shibuya and shinjuku in 30 minutes or less from this hotel which is great ! Very quiet area as well."
