"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did! "

"The room was fantastic and perfectly suited for our stay. It came equipped with a washer and dryer, and detergent was conveniently included in the room. All the amenities we needed were downstairs in the lobby, like extra sponges, toothbrushes, even hair ties! The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. It was easily accessible and in a great location! If I were to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay...

"My family & I were extremely excited for our stay here to be extremely disappointed in the end. For what we paid for not worth it. From the moment we checked in we had problems with our check in which I did not understand when we communicated with the hotel a month or two prior from our stay. The 2 rooms we had are outdated only thing that was outstanding was the view of the tower. House keeping 10/10. The sky tower restaurant is where it got slightly weird and uncomfortable for my family and I....

"This is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Beautiful gardens and qiuet. Way more than a business hotels, even major international ones. The teppanyaki reatuarant on the grounds should not be missed."

"Overall a very pleasant experience. The only downside (for non-smokers) is that the microwave is buried deep in the smoking room on 14F, with the fume hits you in the face the moment you open the door... just a warning if you want to re-heat something. Other than that theres the happy hour from 5-7pm with complementary drinks such as red/white wine, sake, whiskey, gin, etc, plus some snacks (it was cheese candy + biscoff cookie during my visit). Would definitely stay here again when im back."
