"Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!"

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. "I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. "The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to everything. Travelling with our older kids was easy since they could jump onto the train and go anywhere with ease."
