"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"リピートはなし。五つ星の為期待していた分非常に残念な滞在でした。特にサービスが良くない。チェックアウトのときに荷物のお預かりなどはまだですかと聞かれ、まだです。と答えると頷いて棒立ちするスタッフ。そこは預かるかどうかを聞くべきところでは？と思いました、、。ドリンクを部屋に行ってからすぐお願いしたいと頼んでも実際は一時間後とかに持ってくるし、ラウンジ利用も私と連れが年齢層が低めだったので馬鹿にしていたのか、、明らかに他のゲストと比較してスタッフからの対応の差を感じて残念でした。同業界で勤務しているため気になるところがとても多かったです。"

"I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful.
