"My family of 5 used this property for two nights and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. Easy to use, reasonably priced, about 10 mins stroll from the shops and 15 mins from the main city centre. The appartment is well appointed, modern and clean. The local area is relatively non descript but it is safe and well connected. The keyless entry and lockers were real bonuses. "The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Salzburg. The location is great, just a short walk to the Old town. Our room was incredible! Large, clean and with a charm that you don’t find often. The whole place felt warm and cost in fact. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite too, we can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us. "

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Extremely convenient for the station but conversely 30 minute walk to the altstadt - lovely to walk along the river bank. The room was pretty small but for in with the hotel's nice theming. Buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth it. Would happily stay again. Japanese buffet place, Koi was across the road and we really liked our all-you-can eat meal on our first night."
