"This was a charming home and fabulous location, convenient to New Haven and surrounding areas. The host was delightfully nice and wonderful to deal with! The home itself was a great layout for a couple of families, and kids. The view was soothing to the soul, and sitting and having a cup of coffee in the morning was all we needed to unwind and relax! The house is fully equipped for whatever you need. Linens and towels were well organized, and the beds incredibly comfortable! We will be back...

"If you are less than 25 years old, used to living in a frat, consider scuff marks to be wall decor, and are looking for a place to play beer pong with your buddies with no concern for the house itself, this is your place. If you are, however, even moderately discerning, look elsewhere.The rental’s saving grace is that it is within walking distance of Yale."
