"Both rooms were decently cleaned. My pillow had a foul smell but the case and sheets appeared clean. The ac/pipes in the room were pretty loud at night time. The clicking and clanking kept me up on the first night. But besides that, the rooms were decent. The halls and elevator were clean. Ice machine worked fine. The restaurants downstairs were pretty good. Not super expensive. I would stay there again. "

"Great hotel. Parking is offsite - there is a parking garage less than a block away though. Breakfast was hot, fresh and the variety was great! The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and the shower was fantastic. There are a few places to walk to for food and drink, which is always a plus! "

"Weight scale was broken, first time I have ever stayed Marriott and not got any water when checking in from a long day traveling. The week before we stayed at a double tree by Hilton and they gave us water and fresh baked cookies on arrival and the rate was even better "

"The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. "

"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude."

"For my short two day stay, I only ate breakfast once and it didn't have french toast which is a favorite when traveling, but did have bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, danishes etc., which was okay to me. However the dark roasted coffee left an after taste which lingered in my mouth. The hotel was crowded and not a lot of parking 😒 😑 maybe because it was on a Friday thru Sunday.
