"This was a price efficient property to stay in for Disney Parks just right outside of everything so easy to drive to for park days. I always came back to a clean room and added another night on a separate reservation they accommodated me to stay in the same room without having to move. Friendly staff!"

"Room was dated, toilet did not flush well, sink very slow to drain, hot water tap hard to turn. Shower was not cleaned thoroughly, shower head needs the nozzels cleaned although water pressure was good. Staff was excellent, quick to respond. No ice machines and no breakfast. Almost hard to find without gps and no signage on the front of the building. Maybe this room was given due to rate? Not sure but wouldnt stay longer than noght, maybe two."

"Property is a strange hybrid of a VRBO and hotel, no daily cleaning service and early check out time. Overall plenty of space at reasonable cost, clean but some wear and tear. We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. "The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here "
