"We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see"

"Didn’t have correct room type available. Room was not available until well after 4p. Once in room there was food in the refrigerator and dirty silverware in the sink. Had to wait for clean plates at breakfast. Front desk staff very slow and kept having to run up to rooms to check status. No manager was available to talk to until two days after our stay ended. Hilton Honors reached out and asked how our stay was going and I told them the issues and they simply said sorry I hope it gets better....

"The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members."

"The AC ran all night long but it was so hot in the room. When I pulled the toggle up for the shower, I thought the water spout was going to come off. Everything that could’ve been watered down on the breakfast bar was (the orange juice didn’t even have a hint of orange flavor in it)."
