"The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night"

"This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!"

"Extremely disappointed with this hotel and the way our stay was handled. The room was way overpriced for the condition and amenities. There was no pool, and our first room didn't even have a working TV, so we had to switch rooms. The second room wasn't any better—the toilet ran constantly and the TV wouldn't even shut off. When we brought up the issues and asked for some type of credit for the expensive room and all the inconveniences, no one was willing to do anything. Instead, we were told...

"Excellent and beautiful place to stay. It only needs housekeepers check under neath of sink and wipe a little bit but in general it was awesome."

"I was there for just one night and I arrived late and left early. The bathroom was clean, but it was an accessible shower and the floor wasn’t slanted to the drain, so the entire floor became soaking wet. There were also items left behind by others, just under the bed and the chair. So the visual surfaces appeared clean, but just under the bed and chair were definitely not!"
