"Well it was good overall. But the room pictured online was different from a deluxe king balcony we were in. Not a corner room as shown in picture. So I called the desk and they said a corner room if available. Looked and none available.It is random? We paid more for a balcony for fireworks because of mobility issues. Our view was a building and small section of the harbor to the left on balcony. But not a clear view of fireworks. We had to go outside anyway. Plus weather was 100+ everyday so...

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"The elevators need help. They are outdated and need maintenance asap.
Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards.
Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning.
I wore slippers the whole time.
Needs some TLC."

"The hotel was priced just right for the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were able to access all the amenities easily. The staff was helpful and provided guidance on the most efficient way to utilize all amenities and made certain we understood the needs to have a successful stay. Parking was not easily accessible and quite pricey, but we made do of what was available. Overall, the stay was excellent."
