"So, the 5 star review is for Jose. Jose welcomed my family with such warmth and professionalism upon arrival! He went out of his way to make sure that we looked at multiple rooms and found the one that would suit our needs the best. Most hotels just tell you what room you’re in and send you on up, Jose went the extra mile to make sure we viewed our room and were completely satisfied before taking any payment from us. "Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."
