1. CLEANING SERVICE: There is no daily cleaning service included in the rental rate, mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. If you need it please let us know and we will schedule ir right away.
2. TOWELS AND LINENS: We provide fresh towels and sheets for each stay. We do not provide washcloths, as we consider them personal hygiene items.
3. TV: The TV is a Smart TV that only works with streaming applications. You can use your account on one of the apps available on the TV.
4. AIR CONDITIONING: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner will support. If the outdoor temperature is below 70°F, do not set the air conditioner temperature below 70°F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please keep windows and doors tightly closed while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them open will cause condensation inside the ducts.
5. HOST ASSISTED CHECK IN: This property offers a self check-out process for your convenience. However, for check-in, you will need to be accompanied by the host. To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly request that you share your travel itinerary or notify us at least 30 minutes before your expected arrival time. This will allow us to coordinate with our team and meet you at the building for check-in. For check in after 6pm we charge a fee of $40usd
6. PACKAGES: Guests may receive packages in the building, but we assume no responsibility for them. If the package arrives before the stay please let us know so we can check and try our best to help you. We cannot receive mail or anything that can be put in the mailbox, as we do not have access to it.
7. CHILD SAFETY: There are cleaning products on the property, accessible to guests. If you come with minors, make sure they do not have access to these materials.
8. SUPPLIES: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper (along with some extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and other items, but this may not be enough for your entire stay so you may need to obtain some additional supplies for your stay.
9. RESORT FEE: Upon arrival at the unit, a $35 USD + tax, fee is due at the front desk for each day of your stay.
10. NON SMOKE POLICY: To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment and in any shared building areas. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the space fresh and welcoming for everyone.
