Exclusive and luxury building with resort amenities including gym, pool and beach service. This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

SPACE

Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a 75" Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.

First Bedroom (OceanView):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has 55" flat screen smart TV.

Second Bedroom:
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bay/city view. This bedroom has 55" flat screen smart TV as well. Plenty of closet space and an in suite full bathroom with shower make this room just as desirable as the master.

Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom has two twin-size beds and as other bedrooms this bedroom has flat 55" screen smart TV, has own bathroom with access from living area.

Modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Bright and spacious, it features large windows with natural light and a clean, comfortable environment - ideal for keeping up with your workout routine during your stay.

For long stays, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates.

While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.

If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

Private penthouse condo was cool. The upkeep of the condo needs to be improved. Toilets kept clogging. Bathroom door knob came off the day we got there. The washer looked new but had residue around the door. A couple of the boards on the balcony were loose. Saw a roach in the kitchen the last night we were there.

I have stayed in many VRBO accommodations, this is, by far, the most disappointing. The interior temperature of the apartment was 51 degrees and there was no heat. We notified the front desk, the maintenance directly, the management company, and the VRBO site. No heat throughout the entire stay. The air conditioning unit was broken. There wasn't any hot water and there were damages throughout the entire apartment. Holes in the floor, water damages on the ceilings and window sills, and paint peeling off everywhere. The front desk people were rude and unhelpful and the elevator stopped working during the night, leaving us stranded on the 33rd floor. There were phone numbers in the apartment "in case of an emergency" that we called several times. The calls were not answered and there were no return calls to us until after 9:00am. When speaking with the management company regarding the condition of the apartment, I asked if the property owners were aware of horrible, dirty, run-down condition, and they assured me that the property owners were aware and there was nothing they could do. I requested a refund from the property management company and from VRBO; their resolution was to give us 65 back, which was ridiculous. I have stayed at numerous VRBO rentals were the owners have provided amenities such as waters, coffee, or even a welcome package. This place didn't even have clean sheets. DON'T RENT THIS APARTMENT OR FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

We enjoyed our stay here once we got settled. Check in was not smooth, even though it wasn’t that busy at 3/45pm. Our keys didn’t work, going back and forth to two buildings to find the cart to get our stuff upstairs was not good. We had to pay $100 to park our truck, which we weren’t aware of before booking. They flooring in the kitchen looks like it was wet and is pealing, the window sill in the third bedroom, the paint is chipping badly and the blind holder is loose. I also think for a high end place like this AND being the Penthouse, the towels were way below what we would expect. They weren’t plush at all. We did enjoy having TV’s in every bedroom and the appliances were all fine too. I know this is critical, but if you don’t know, you don’t know. I used to teach customer service at a large hospital, so I always valued reviews.

The place was a great location and walking distance to the beach. The penthouse just felt used. Some plugs were loose and did not work. Flooring was peeling up and the blackout curtains in main bedroom did not work. They did respond to all things but could not fix them. Also the kitchen did not have enough glasses or plastic wear for more than 4 people. The restaraunt at the hotel was not open but there were places to walk too. The weather was chilly so the pool was not busy but it was small

The home was nothing but amazing. The location was very convenient with Walmart right across the street. It’s like right in the middle of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The concierge was very friendly and valet is nice. Also for the ppl that sleeps with a fan there are a couple there. I would stay here again.
