"I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"Cutest little spot in the heart of montmarte. Walk downstairs and you’re in the midst of cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for a 2 night stay, the only thing that would have made it better is a more efficient AC unit. We kept the window open bc AC just wasn’t doing its job. "I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore.
That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening.

"We've just checked out after staying there during Paris' extream heatwave. No matter how lower I set the AC, its temperature won't go down than 25 or 26 degree. When I reached out to the managing team, they said that it is the best when considering the outside temperature almost 40 degree. "Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."
