"We love this place! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. Our hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. "

"This little duplex was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Tally. The property has everything you need and is the center of everything. It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!"

"Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group."

"The inside of the property was great. Looks just like pictures. Communication and instructions were great. I would recommend a front door without glass to make me feel safer. Need an extra double lock. "

"I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. "

"Very nicely appointed property, very close to FSU. We stayed here during my child's FSU orientation and found everything we needed and more. We were thankful for the snacks and water left for our stay. I would highly recommend this townhouse as a perfect place to stay when visiting FSU. "

"Hi Steve we had a great time at your home. Memories were made and the house was perfect for our family. We had a lot of cousin time with 17 at one time on Sunday. Thank you for the food we managed to eat most of it . We are on the road back to Maryland and West Virginia. Take care and thanks for your number.. We will definitely do this again.
