"Very nice apartment located in the city centre. Location cannot be beat and was within walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff who helped with any questions we had. The apartment itself was modern and very clean. However, the one we had in particular had a loft. The bedroom and shower was upstairs and the toilet was downstairs. "An excellent hotel for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location, for exploring historic Toulouse, could not be better! "It was a great spot to be able to go out and back from hotel exploring all there is to see in Toulouse. Minutes from where you'd meet for bus tours, walking tours, or your own tourist interests. No elevators but I think thats probably more normal than not in these smaller European hotels. ~20 minute uber from airport. "
