"It was a beautiful building inside and out. The rooms were big and spacious with being a suite. We had a room with a view of the river from the 6th floor. The staff were friendly. The only problem I had was that I used the app to select our room and get the virtual key to avoid needing to stop and wait in line at the registration desk, but I still had to stop. Overall, it was an excellent stay."

"Room is very stylish and includes the amenities you need. There was a safe, a drink cocktail mixing set, starbucks coffee pods and a sleep sound machine! Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. "

"This hotel is perfect for a night out in downtown Grand Rapids!! We stayed when going to a concert at Van Andel Arena and it was a 5 minute walk! The rooms are very modern and well kept. It was a great stay!"
