Perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers, our tiny house is close to Mt Donna Buang, Cement Creek Redwood Forest, La La Falls, O’Shannassy Aqueduct Trail, and Yarra Ranges National Park.



This 39-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. All areas on the block are available with a hammock swinging between trees.

Getting Around:

By car:



- From Melbourne CBD, its no more than 1.5 hrs drive and a total of 65km.

- Easily reachable in a 2WD.



By public transport:



- From Melbourne, its best to get to Lilydale Station then a bus will take you out to Warburton.

- Its then a 30 minute walk mostly up hill with no real taxi service to speak of.

- Wi-Fi is available

- Free Firewood provided

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Smoking is allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra; weak signals for other telco lines

- Please turn off lights, AC, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the flushing toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
