This stylish, comfortable 2 storey home is located in the picturesque Moonah Links residential estate. It boasts stunning sunsets and coastal views from both levels across to Arthur's Seat.



The Space:

Set in quiet, peaceful surrounds and north facing, enjoy the winter sunshine streaming through the huge glass windows.



This retreat is relaxing and comfortable with easy access to Moonah golf links and other golf courses, the Hot Springs, Rye foreshore and pier, Gunnamatta surf beach and the finest wineries.



HOUSE FEATURES:



Newly extended, this home is well appointed with quality appliances and beautiful hard wood floors and furniture. It features 4 generous bedrooms (2 with ensuites), 3 bathrooms in total plus a powder room, 2 living areas with comfortable sofas, 5 Smart TVs with Netflix and Stan and 2 cosy gas log fireplaces. The open plan kitchen and dining room makes entertaining easy, and the brand new laundry features a washing machine and ironing facilities. From almost every room you can enjoy stunning views of the Moonah trees, the coastal landscape and beautiful sunsets.



The newly landscaped front outdoor space features alfresco dining with a large market umbrella, a new built-in BBQ and seated fire pit area, which is great for entertaining as well as relaxing. The rear outdoor space is another lovely area to enjoy, and also features a new built-in BBQ. With so many entertaining options, you can prepare a delicious feast in the well equipped kitchen or on the outdoor BBQ's and enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. If you choose to dine out there are many restaurants, cafes, wineries and breweries close by.



This home is well suited for a getaway with friends or families, however due to the stairs it may not be suitable for young children. It is ideal for a golfing holiday, there is even a set of golf clubs for guests to use, and the scenic paths throughout the estate provide a great opportunity for walking or bike riding.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.

Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

The Neighborhood:

Fingal is located on the Mornington Peninsula, abutting Bass Strait along Gunnamatta Beach and lying between the suburbs of Rye and St Andrews Beach. It is quieter than some other popular spots on the Peninsula, and is surrounded by rugged coastal beauty. For those who like golf this is a fabulous location from which to enjoy the many options, including Moonah Links, St Andrews Beach Golf Course and Truemans Golf Range to name a few. There are beautiful beaches to explore such as the Fingal Beach Walk, Gunnamatta Beach popular for surfing and the calmer Rye Foreshore beach. Or relax in the tranquillity of the Peninsula Hot Springs nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The driveway is steep, only suitable for vehicles with higher clearance like most 4WDs and SUVs. Please check carefully for clearance underneath the vehicle at the entrance to the garage.



This property has a double garage and driveway with parking for 2 cars. Please park all vehicles within the property boundary only.



Parking on the common property (street/verge areas) is strictly prohibited. If you have used all available parking in the garage and driveway, please park in the visitors car parking area located a bit further down the road on the far side of the post boxes. 



This house has an internal staircase and an unfenced garden, which may not be suitable for young children.
