The Space:

Orange 1 by Tiny Away is a pet-friendly tiny house nestled in the peaceful countryside of Woori Yallock, just an hour's drive from Melbourne and close to Seville and Yarra Junction, Victoria. Here, our farm stay offers lush landscapes, mountain views, and friendly farm animals for a relaxing countryside escape.



Embark on an adventure and discover the wonders of our breathtaking attractions! Get geared up for an exhilarating road trip and brace yourself for the awe-inspiring beauty of Yarra Ranges National Park, Maroondah Reservoir Park, Cement Creek Redwood Forest, and Healesville Sanctuary. All remarkable destinations everyone can enjoy.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include and eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Rayner's Orchard is an active farm offering daytime fruit-picking tours and tractor rides, so you may see other visitors during your stay. A second tiny house is also on the property. For group bookings across our holiday homes, please contact your host 24 hours in advance.



A QUICK REMINDER‼️ Please check in before 5 PM. If arriving later, call the land host before heading to the house‼️



Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 pets per booking. A $50 pet cleaning fee applies per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing pets so we can ensure the property is properly prepared for your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny home, Orange 1, and its surroundings, except the tiny home block, which requires permission from the land host.



The café is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities, but please ensure you follow local fire restrictions.



For pre-orders, we kindly request that you contact your host on land at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a seamless check-in process.



The Neighborhood:

Orange 1 by Tiny Away is a pet-friendly farm stay situated in the peaceful town of Woori Yallock, just an hour from Melbourne and close to the charming towns of Seville and Yarra Junction, Victoria.



Explore the best of the region with nearby attractions such as Maroondah Reservoir Park, featuring scenic walking trails, picnic spots, and beautiful countryside views. Healesville Sanctuary offers close encounters with native Australian wildlife, while Cement Creek Redwood Forest provides peaceful trails surrounded by towering redwoods. Additionally, Yarra Ranges National Park is perfect for hiking, chasing waterfalls, and enjoying breathtaking mountain landscapes.



After a day of exploring, stop by some of the area's popular cafés and restaurants. Little Joe is known for its artisan coffee and fresh pastries, Three Sugars Cafe serves hearty breakfasts and creative lunch dishes, Red Relish Cafe offers comforting café favorites in a cozy setting, and BT Dubs Cafe is a local favorite for gourmet burgers and vibrant smoothie bowls.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 6 mins drive from Seville

- 12 mins drive from Wesburn

- 18 mins drive from Warburton

- 8 mins drive from Yarra Junction

- 1 hr drive from Melbourne. All are reachable in both 2WD or4WD



By public transport:



- No Taxi service public transport from Melbourne city southern cross station to Lilydale station and from Lilydale station take bus to Woori yallock once you reached Woori yallock give us a call we will pick you if you specify your time of arrival.



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas

- Telstra has a good signal while the rest have weak signals

- We have friendly working dogs on the property; please advise

- Pets are welcome. Additional pet cleaning charges may apply.

- REMINDER‼️ Please check in before 5 PM. If arriving later, please call the land host first‼️

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are welcome with 24 hrs notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. The full policy will be provided prior to arrival.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
