    LINEN
    This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

    Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

    BOOKING POLICY
    A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

    STRICTLY
    No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

Fab location for a beach holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfectly located for both the ocean and back beaches in the area as well as the general store - all within a few minutes walking distance. We used the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and gas grill for every meal and the gardens were green, quiet and peaceful. The property itself is a little dated, and could do with some investment, but that said, it had a ‘much loved' vibe about it and was clearly once a very lovely family summer getaway. We would return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When a planned earlier break was missed due to CoVid, the rental agency and landlords generously gave us a new weekend date without any financial penalties. This generous offer was unexpected but greatly appreciated. We found the house charming and comfortable and perfect for a bit of quiet downtime

Sorrento as it was I the late 80’s, but good!

We loved this spot. Plenty of backyard for two legged and four legged pets. Comfy enough beds. Tech wise, the tv has a remote control for changing channel and other basic functions HDMI port is unfortunately on the blink. Overall very comfortable and uncomplicated. Muy lindo ranchito!

very clean and comfortable has its good and bad points.

Says bring linen but not bath towels so we used our beach towels. Also no non slip mat in or out the shower. Bunk ladder not secured so our nine year old fell when she went to go up hurt herself hitting her head but was ok. there is no AIR CON only sealing fan in lounge area. no oven in the kitchen only wood one outside it was set up to use witch was great. great for our dogs lots of room to run. swing from tree was great for the kids. they responded quickly to hot water not working wind blue out pilot fixed next day. For the price you pay they should supply a cleaner to clean up as at the end of the week you really don't have energy left to clean a house for this reason i probably wouldn't stay again espeacially no air con.

Very average experience

The toilet blocked up as soon as we arrived and the shower only had cold water and despite four unanswered phone calls to the property manager it was never fixed. Then when we left we were blamed for blocking the toilet. None of us are smokers and someone must have walked a cigarette butt in on their shoe and the property managers kept our whole security bond as they said we smoked at the property. The house itself is ok but it is let down by the property managers.

Great outdoor spaces

We enjoyed this property and was clean and comfortable. In winter it was very cold with only a wood burner with no fan and a conventional plug in heater. We enjoyed pizza oven but did not have any oven inside. Overall would recommend. Perhaps update the tv?

Everything you need, location is pretty good only a short drive to town or beach. We really enjoyed our stay and trying out hand at the pizza oven!

Lovely Seaside Cottage

The cottage was comfortable and well designed to accommodate my family including my young grandchildren. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and spacious back yard with a gorgeous gazebo. Koonya beach is a short walking distance from Sorrento Garden Hideaway which has spectacular views and shallow rock pools.

Great house and garden

Very clean and private. Nice ambience. Enjoyed the garden with pizza oven and gazebo. Close to back beach trail. 3km to Sorrento shops-can walk or ride.

Weekend Away

We really liked this place, big enough for a family of 4 or 5, spotlessly clean, in good condition and a nice location near the Koonya beach and store. The pizza oven in the back year was a nice feature. We might stay here again some time.
