A ten-minute drive will take you to Sorrento and the Ocean Beach Road shopping strip, and a seven-minute drive will take you to Woolworths, Rye.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties. 2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 11 3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 11. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
