Relax, Unwind, and Take in the Bay Views

Welcome to your coastal home away from home! Kick back on the cosy lounge and soak up stunning bay views—perfect for morning coffees or evening sunsets.

Our newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of an Aldi coffee machine, a full set of cookware, wine and champagne glasses, as well as a selection of condiments, herbs, and pantry essentials. All plates, bowls, and cutlery are provided.

The central bathroom includes a separate shower and toilet for added convenience.

Please note: The ground and upper floors are connected only by an external staircase (as shown in the outdoor photos)—there is no internal access between levels.

Downstairs Retreat:
Ideal for grandparents or a second family, the lower level comfortably sleeps 2 guests with a sofa bed, TV, table, shower, and toilet. There’s also a BBQ area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxed dinners after a day at the beach.

Laundry:
A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, sink, and ample space for drying clothes.

Location Perks:
Just a 10–15 minute walk (or a few minutes by car) to the foreshore. You’re also within walking distance to the base of Arthur’s Seat, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and sightseers alike.

Our beach home is full of personality and has been lovingly updated over time, as seen in our photos. That said, please note that it retains some of its original, older-home charm—something we hope you’ll appreciate during your stay!

Additional Info:

A security camera monitors the driveway only, for your peace of mind.

Secure off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles is available. Please be cautious on the long and steep driveway.

Professionally cleaned before every stay, with fresh linen provided.

We had such a beautiful stay! The property was so beautiful and spacious, and was very clean and nicely set up when we arrived. The location is great - super convenient for the beach or nearby wineries and restaurants. Denise was also communicative and helpful throughout the booking process! Thank you!

Thanks! Excellent. Highly suited to our group of 3 couples especially with the downstairs section with the extra bathroom. Driveway not an issue for us. Good location for the wedding that we attended and close to the tourist sites we had planned. Without doubt beautiful view across Port Phillip Bay...loved the misty silhouette of Melbourne city floating in the sea. Dishwasher would have been good and had to be careful with the steep entrance steps. Lighting however was good.

Wonderful family holiday

Great, clean holiday house

Our stay was lovely at this spotlessly clean, well supplied holiday house. Comfortable beds and linen, well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery and basic pantry supplies. Great views over the bay and only a few minutes drive to the beach, shops and connections to the rest of the Peninsula. Denise was a very helpful and responsive host. Check in and directions clear and easy. Would recommend to others.

Just what we needed

The house was just what we needed for our short stay. Even with the cooler/ rainy weather we felt cosy with the heating within the house. The kitchen provisions are also generously provided. Location close to other attractions, beach, playgrounds and shops. We will no hesitate to stay again.

Ocean views and perfect family holiday home!

Denise's property is a gorgeous home away from home. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking and it had us all up early to watch the morning sun. The home had everything we needed. Do not bring a thing! As foodies, it was the perfect getaway as the pantry and kitchen were so well stocked. As we stayed over Christmas, Denise and her family left candy canes and a box of complementary chocolates and a little Christmas gift for the kids. It was so kind and so thoughtful. Denise was easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!
