"The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away."

"This might be the best value in all of Tokyo. Gotanda is so convenient to other areas (it's a quick hop to Shibuya and Shinjuku) while also having its own charms and food options (tip: there are a couple really good standing sushi spots nearby and one of the best tonkatsus I've ever had). It's also way less intense than those other areas and I appreciated that every evening when I'd come home exhausted and ready to relax. "Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. "
