"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. It was a two queen typical hotel room and the bathroom has a slider door that is a full inch or two away from the wall it slides on so when it's "closed" you can see right through the crack into the bathroom. If you're standing in the all glass shower, anyone in 1/3 of the room can hardly avoid seeing you. This is how it's designed. It's not broken. It's extra stupid because it's a double bed room so odds are good people sleeping in those separate...

"The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall."

"The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited.
Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar...
