"You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great!

"A great location in the heart of downtown Baltimore - super easy and convenient for all the sites. Would be good if they could negotiate an agreement with local parking garage for car parking as the costs are out of control in the area but that is not a fault of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean, contemporary and super quiet which was great for getting our toddler to sleep after a long car journey. Would stay again!"

"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. Overall I think the housekeeper cut corners and didn’t change the bed lining nor vaccum etc. When I called front desk it felt like I was bothering them and the back and forth felt frustrating. "This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.
It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."

"Nice view and nice spacious room with comfortable beds. But amenities are minimal and possibly less than some motels. A cheap coffee/tea maker, no microwave, a tiny fridge totally empty. Bathroom had just one bar of soap and one tube of body lotion, with shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower stall. Truly disappointed."
