"A pleasant surprise to find the accommodation was actually as nice as the photos (which is sadly rare in a lot of holiday homes). Very clean, nice, and comfortable, And roomier than expected. Pip and Tanya, at the pub restaurant next door, were welcoming and helpful when we arrived and friendly throughout our stay. Plus the pizzas were huge and tasty. There was a great little band playing to about 6pm on the Sunday evening we arrived, and it was quiet and peaceful for the rest of our stay. It's...

"Property was amazing. There was a dock that we fished off of. Probably should have brought worms as our lures did not work well. The cabin was perfect and set a nice atmosphere. "

"Stayed at this cabin with my wife and 5 year old daughter for our summer vacation. This was our second trip to Lake Nahwatzel and some how was even better than the first! The cabin is perfect! I said it perfect! From the moment I reached out to the property manager ( Kim) to the very last minute at the house as my daughter sat on the stairs crying " daddy I dont wanna leave!" Kim was great, very promt, informative and kind. I really appreciated that. So thank you Kim! the cabin is just that a...

"This was a nice place to stay for my husband and I. We were looking for a place to get some rest during a long trip and this place worked out great. It is close to stores so we could pick up a few groceries and fix a meal. It is very clean and well stocked. The host answered all my questions very quickly. We were very happy with our stay."

" Beautiful cabin; Hosts were responsive and patient; cabin was well stocked with everything from dog toys, child toys, towels, kitchen items, and comfortable beds; quiet; beach front, and an osprey pair nesting in the back yard. We had a truly awesome visit. "

"Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We were there for the Hydroplane races with our Hydro and when asked if they had a space large enough for it they found a spot that would work and had also asked neighbors if they would be okay with it near their house if we needed it. "

"We loved this get away soooo much! We will definitely return and recommend to all of our friends and family. All of the features from Sauna, grill, fire pit, kayaks and beach access were in great condition and easy to use. The host provided so many amenities like rubber boots, binoculars, games, movies, and even stuff for making s'mores. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 is because there were many dirty items in the kitchen cupboards and drawers that I assume were left by previous...

"The property was as advertised. We had no desire to be downtown so the quiet, remote location was perfect despite some ambient road noise in the mornings and late afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for home-cooked meals. Hot tub was nice in the evenings. A BBQ on site would have been nice but we brought our own from Portland; this option would likely not be available to those traveling from further locales. "Great fishing cabin by the lake!"

"Cute little cabin, with everything you need for a few nights. Quick walk to lake, with dock. Kids had a great time on the lake in kayaks and paddleboards. Great for fishing bass. The restaurant was not open while we were there, so can't comment on the food. We made all our meals."
